I have lived in spring meadows for 2 years During this time the complex has failed to mow the lawn until the grass is exceeding 1214 inches The complex does not cover any utilities except trash pickup They provide two very tiny dumpsters that are always over flowing 4 out of 7 days a week They hand out reminder flyers to make sure that trash goes into the du
