They are very rude especially the lady at the front desk she can be very nasty and when they dont want to there job they lieI went to get an application and the woman lied and told me to do it online with an attitude and someone that works for housing told me that wasnt true and was nice enough to give Me an application and when I went to drop them off the lady at the front desk she told me I have to mail it and I live right next to Syracuse Housing Authority and I walked there at that and regardless if I mail it they have to touch it regardless they need better staff They need to replace the lady at the front desk if she doesnt like her job Shes very rude what she failed to realize is most people dont have a home especially due to covid shes making things harder for people in need
