For my first apartment I really learned a life lesson living here and probably the worse life decision I ever made From the beginning the day I moved in they didnt even have an apartment ready for me to move into and I had driven 5 hours with all my belongings and family to help me move I shouldve ran from then There were number of occasions where I had to hound the office to fix my door get rid of pests They dont care Ive had packages stolen from in front of my door they dont plow the parking lot well After dealing with that for almost a year I requested to terminate my lease which Ernesto the leasing manager agreed to for a fee of 500 and to put it in writing Once I sent the letter in writing I was told I could no longer terminate my lease after already signing the lease for where I was going to move I let the leasing office know the apartment was inhabitable with pest flies mice and I had to constantly sleep at a friends house just to avoid sleeping in my apartment since they wouldnt fix anything and that I already received approval to terminate from Ernesto The office refused to address anything even after I sent letter after letter to the leasing officennDont make the same mistake I did especially if youre not from Syracuse you dont want your first experience in the area to be living in a terrible apartment complex There are way better studio living options around I wish I had the opportunity to check them out before settling for this place I absolutely regret it

I worked repainting apartments there for about two years I have been waiting almost a year to be paid for work that was completed while they have tons of other construction going on The managment changed 7 months ago and they forgot how to write a check to their vendor who knocked out god know how many apartments to be stiffed
