All these good reviews are so false and mainly states how good the service was with the process of getting the apt When it was HILLSIDE owned it was so much better than Eastchester heights quality community and whatever they may call themselves now I grew up in the neighborhood lived there as a kid when it was know as HILLSIDE so as an adult I decided to locate there again mainly because the apartments are so spacious BUT let me say this everything about this place is horrible the constant waterbugs everyday and more recent the mice in the apt and huge rats running around outside the property the buildings are not cleaned the incinerator be over flowing in my building because the incinerators are not cleaned often enough Making appointments as got to be the worst everything is email this or thats person but nobody responds to emails or even reach out to u about concerns within the apartments I hate how infested it became the waterbugs and mice and how lazy some of the maintenance guys have become they barely wanna do anything when u finally get them to service the apts brushing off your concerns rushing everything doing sloppy jobs Its sad to say but I really hate it here I work too hard to come home and be afraid to be in my own apt FYI Im terrified of waterbugs and mice 1star for the spacious room Eastchester heights quality community u have to do better please more ... hide ...

If you want sleep in the summer without people blasting music outside all hours at night so loud that it sounds like its in your house this aint the place for you
