I went to visit my mother in her new place and what a heartbreaking feeling I have seeing her in that apartment in all our lives of living in NY I never lived in such a horrible apartment They placed my mother in a handicap apartment without her needing to be in one first my mother is not in a wheel chair when MrAsabubbaman showed the apartment to her he said font worry we are going to put cabinets new sink and a front door so my mother took the apartment Now everybody Ive spoken to has been rude and very unprofessional like the manager Mrs Odom showed up to the apartment and told us through my eyes there is nothing wrong with thus apartment I told her I do because this is not an apartment equipped for a normal person now she has no cabinets to put her dishes she is an senior and you just practically forced her to take what was available promising her everything that a regular apartment has Now she is also having to deal with bedbugs is just horrible how they place treat the senior citizens Im so upset because they are giving me the run around every time I call Mr Kutu told us that he was going to come back and fix everything but that was also a lie Thank you NYCHA for giving my mother and other senior citizens a great way of living the rest of their live You should be a shame of yourselves more ... hide ...
