If I could give zero stars I wouldnnThis company is UNRESPONSIVE Will often not answer the phone and when they are closed on the weekends they make the line OUT OF SERVICE so you cant even leave a voicemail Getting in touch with them is nearly impossiblennThe building I live in is garbage The stairwell is filthy with scuffs all over the walls often going a month without being mopped or cleaned Installed cameras that do not work Alarms are constantly going off for HOURS at a time without any urgency to turn them offnnThe apartment itself 270 W 153rd is mediocre at best The bathroom walls are disintegrating from moisture the tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are cracked the cabinets are old the appliances are old the master bedroom window has been broken and open since DECEMBER its June now and there was a leak in November in the kitchen ceiling that STILL has mold residue on it HEALTH HAZARD Not to mention there is normally homeless people out on the stoop harassing residents as they leave the building There is also a rat infestation in the trash area right outside the front doornnThe cherry on top this apartment was worth 1550 a month two bedroom but they informed me two weeks before renewing the lease that the rent would be increased to 2200 A MONTH A 650 INCREASE A 42 INCREASE FOR ABSOLUTELY NO RENOVATIONS OR ADDED AMENITIES And gave NO reason as to why the rent is being increased so much This is borderline robbery and this apartment is NOT worth 2200 a month more ... hide ...
