They hire children to work as residential aides in most facilities Their family shelters arent equipped to deal with most of families they house Especially in Manhattan NY The security guards are doing most of the work in the facility They pick and choose who to help and enforce rules with They Serve tv dinner type meals to clients that have been delivered

They hire children to work as residential aides in most facilities Their family shelters arent equipped to deal with most of families they house Especially in Manhattan NY The security guards are doing most of the work in the facility They pick and choose who to help and enforce rules with They Serve tv dinner type meals to clients that have been delivered at 7am and sitting out all day They put 6 at time in microwave and dont check to see if its cooked fully serving it to people who also feed this to to their children because they dont have snap benefits They give the immigrants first picks over donations and whatever is left they give to American citizens Most dont have proper beds or refrigerators for people to store food Ive been in jail before and would rather that the shelter Im in The residential aides are rude to us when they dont understand our frustration They talk to us like being in shelter is a choice The clients arent any better they leave bags of garbage on staircases Food in hallways There are no machines for ice or drinks outside of what you can buy yourselfnThe security guards are rude because we speak Spanish most of time Its horrible because I just want to move into apartment with my kids and start fresh This shelter always smell like weed and spoiled food I cant order anything personal for my kids There is no place for them to feel okay as kids
