The Arc of Rensselaer is extremely unethical with its decision making Most importantly there were moments when they mislead information In return I questioned their credibility and they will get offended HR some of the higherups and Arc staff members Furthermore when the staff members have an assignment to meet their clientele expectations they would not fully complete the task appropriately Alternatively the staff or higherups would saturate themselves around excusesnnMoreover as things become more intense they accused me of not complying with their work social security documentation for the transition for a new RPAYEE As I became more aware of their poor unethical decisionmaking me asking questions speculating and plotting down notes they started being passiveaggressive Nevertheless here I stand with resilience All in all I do see the potential of these Nonorganizations However the types of people that work there are indeed the problem Additionally poor communication poor unethical choicemaking not meeting their clients expectations passiveaggressive acts and the continuous making mistakes are the equivalent of corrupt Business
