They only received a one star because there is no option for a no star Woodgreen apartments has yanked around a friend of mine who was promised three months ago an apartment and went through all the hassle that this place required from her only to have them wait until the day she was projected to move in only to have them tell her that her income was too much to live in this location Consequently if they had proceed the paper work with all of her information at the beginning of her endeavor they could have let her know right then and there that this wasnt going to work Instead she was all packed and ready to move and had no other options on the table because of the agreements made Now she is struggling to find somewhere at the last minutennGood luck getting a straight answer or any answer at all from the people who work here Do your research on this place Not only has my friend had this horrible experience with them but I have heard other very unhappy people telling me to steer clear of the placennVery disappointed
