Steve Gloria and Wayne are wonderful and made my 2 years here a breeze I will miss them I would recommend renting here to anyone rent cant be beat anywhere else in North AVL My 1 bedroom was about 600 sq ft and felt much larger than that I love that the bedroombathroom was upstairs and my room had 3 windows and a huge closet and hall closet I do wish parkin

I have resided in Asheville for a few years now and have called many apartment communities home I started out with the intent to buy a house but with the market blowing up I came to terms that I will remain in an apartment I chose Patton due to its modern feel and location I basically live my life downtown from work to social life which is why it was the perfect location My apartment is bright clean and comfortable The staff has been amazing since movein The neighbors are polite and nothing more than I would expect for apartment living I have not had any issues with the community staff tenants or the public However I knew what to expect while living in an apartment building located in an urban environment
