Collins Crossing is a decent apartment for college students for just a few years The apartments themselves are spacious and wellkeptnnThe rest of your experience really banks on what issues may inevitably come up during your stay and what neighbors you have Since I have lived here I have had upstairs neighbors blast music so loud the ceiling has actually vibrated items thrown at my windows in the middle of the night and drinks thrown at my parked vehicle The leasing office hasnt done anything about these issues and since the change in management usually doesnt respond to ANY emails about any issuesonly John has been consistently helpful Maintenance has been hitormiss sometimes they respond immediately sometimes it takes weeks to get any help Groups of grown men will also often hang around areas of the parking lots which can be unnerving for young women There are also many families here with children who are allowed to roam freely at times and may play kickball against your building wall Pest control comes once every few months but is inconsistentsome will spray all the drawers in the kitchens while others will spray the door and leavennAll in all the apartments are a liveable affordable option for college students for a few years at most The nearby gas and grocery store is a plus and the units are old but fine But dont expect great communication or help from the leasing office when problems do arise and hope you get a building with respectful neighbors The separate leases for roommates is nice but you can likely find a place thatll run you cheaper on a shared lease and solves the several issues that Collins Crossing has

I lived there for only 6 months and my washer broke for a month and a half and the team had bad communication skills and I was left with no washer for two months and when it was time to move out they refused to give me my refund back and started saying I owe them rent money when I was settling all the funds monthly with people from the office and made sure I had no late fees yet they took all the deposit money and theft me and overcharged me I dont recommend living here specially if you have to pay rent by yourself

As of Jan 911 the new office manager started asking demanding I show her proof of rent so to prove I didnt pay when her own financial printout does not show NSF or nonpayment She first accused me of not paying Dec 2021 rent and Jan 2022 rent Then she added another two months over the last four months stating the checks bounced or were paid latenand added in
