4 years and 2 applications they didnt do their job right or else I would have been taken in as a tenant They listened to lies from a corrupt manager another manager didnt do their job and submit my application and now they said I have to wait again And its an old building Sometimes its not worth the hassle

The people at this church are very welcoming and inclusive There are a number of great programs such as the covenant groups womans group and activities Most of all the sermons are inspiring The minister Tom goes to great lengths to make sure that what he says is clear and organized so that I can easily understand his points and think about what he has said

I have lived at Berkshire for four years and my experience couldnt be more positive My apartment is beautiful well designed and comfortable I love the beautiful windows and the big walking closet The public areas are very well taken care of The cleaning staff does a great job The building smells clean and so good People at maintenance sort out whatever inconvenient fast and efficiently The staff at the office is kind understanding and have helped me in many occasions and in different ways The location is the best in town Berkshire is surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants and beautiful green tracks However what I like the most is the consistent philosophy of improvement the management has to offer the residents the best experience Thank you so much to Berkshire team for your hard work
