This is sad The residents need to continue to document everything HUD should intervene and take the funding away The residents have enough to file a lawsuit against the owners and management The mold is enough to shut down the place Involve the health department and BBB for sure Look into the Fairhouding laws and your states landlord tenant act because I am sure that they are in violation More importantly the resident should go get a letter notarized in forming the management that they have two weeks to fix the issues and take it down to the post office and have it sent out by certified mail in order to protect themselves from the eviction The management is just trying to bully the resident and that will not be tolerated as long as the resident does what she needs to do by putting everything in writing and sending certified letters as proof that you have contacted the office in every way and keep the picture showing that nothing was done more ... hide ...
