Experienced really poor customer service As I was pulling into the complex an employee was giving a couple people a tour of the complex and apartment When I spoke with the other available employee Lynn she refused to show me an apartment Really disappointing

I have to say that not every apartment community is perfect nor office staff but I can tell you Ive been to a lot of the properties in Charlotte and this by far is the best hands down The office staff of Maylin Neisy are great The office is super busy but they truly do make efforts to get back with everyoneIve seen this first hand Again no place is perfect 2022-03-21T02:14:39Z

I live in 2508 Parking is terrible back here I cant go to the store work or anywhere else without worrying about having to park two parking lots away from my unit We pay over 1100 in rent and cant even park close to our door because management is too lazy to assign parking Our neighbors have 3 to 4 cars per unit most of which dont even have a valid registrat 2022-05-21T17:25:32Z
I live in 2508 Parking is terrible back here I cant go to the store work or anywhere else without worrying about having to park two parking lots away from my unit We pay over 1100 in rent and cant even park close to our door because management is too lazy to assign parking Our neighbors have 3 to 4 cars per unit most of which dont even have a valid registrationtag which is actually a violation of the propertys parking policy We are charged monthly for pest control and they have never came to my unit even upon request I have resorted to the use of essential oils to deter most pests Management is also slow to resolve things I have a friend that stays on the property as well He has had to sleep in 80 degree plus temps for weeks because his AC hasnt been repairedreplaced During the warm months late at night robberies and shootings occur frequently The crime also ties into my issue with the inability to at least park near my building coming home from work The water is also cut off here literally every other week for hours at a time typically nowhere near the times they have announced potential shutoffs via memos more ... hide ...

Dont move here I been without a refrigerator almost a week and some change I email and call daily to figure out when they will replace can never get a real answer I tried getting corporate number but they change it and the office wont give it Im on hud knowing that they been suppose to fix it and I have sugar meds the suppose to go in the refrigerator do som 2021-11-04T20:51:38Z
