I moved to Horizon Steele Creek in Nov 2021 I was very pleased with Melody and Katherine in the office The apartment is nice and I was enjoying living here Until this morning at 3am there was several gun shots that woke me up Spoke with a police officer and was told there was a shooting in the parking lot of the building across from mine He stated there were 2022-03-05T16:04:24Z
I moved to Horizon Steele Creek in Nov 2021 I was very pleased with Melody and Katherine in the office The apartment is nice and I was enjoying living here Until this morning at 3am there was several gun shots that woke me up Spoke with a police officer and was told there was a shooting in the parking lot of the building across from mine He stated there were 2 groups in the parking lot shooting someone went to the hospital injured and another person died There were cop cars all the way to the community entrance this morning this is embarrassing and unacceptable This is a gated community but the gate never works so for the past month the gate is open The gate should be fixed ASAP There is a courtesy officer but after this happening There should be a POLICE OFFICER watching throughout the daynight moving forward The fact that anyone could have got injured with bullets flying I expect something to be done about this soon Apparently this complex has had violence issues in the past so it needs to stop for good Management needs to make this priority and I will be monitoring To pay 1800 for this unsafe environment will not be happening for long Im sure Im not the only resident that will be reevaluating my lease I would not suggest anyone lease here until these issues like this are resolved for good I feel very uncomfortable at this point more ... hide ...

It great place but one tenant over stay in everybody business and get a lot of stuff start over there and the landlord believe everything she said I just believe it not a good place

These apartments are unbelievable The manager is RUDE and beligerent She takes the liberty to just walk in tenants apartments just because she has the keys She talks to these residents as if they are her children Dont let the pictures fool you There is NO community room activities They do absolutely nothing with the residents except for at Christmas T 2019-05-01T21:04:39Z
