I remember applying to these apartments years ago but they didnt have any availability so I tried my luck again and it worked Thanks to Ms Cassandra for her spectacular work ethic When I tell you she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed she did just that She gave me time and she worked with me This is by far the best experience Ive had with a potential landlord in a long time She treated me with the utmost respect and i appreciate her for that Each and every time I called she either picked up the phone or called me right back to answer any questions that I may have had Shes very soft genuine and punctual you dont run across to many people like that nowadays so to run across her is like a breath of fresh air The complex is very nice Its quite and ducked off and they dont have a lot of units to look after which is great for me seeing that I may need maintenance in the future They sit in the middle of everything you need including close by a school as well as the highway The apartments doesnt look ran down or nasty the outside appearance is beautiful and clean NO TRASH NO WHERE The office is cozy and clean nothing is never out of its place especially in MsCassandras office I want to thank you again MsCassandra for all of your help We did it I am officially a new Pleasant View Resident

Overall this is a pretty standard community for the area The units are very inexpensive given the price of rentals right now but somewhat outdated Given the age there is some understandable wear and tear as well as some bugs but thats understandable give the age of the buildings The office is extremely understaffed and nonemergency maintenance seems to take quite a while to be handled The office manager is super kind and helpful and has been very accommodating regarding anything I may have forgotten or any changes I wanted to make to the unit locks etc The area can be pretty noisy but everyone in my building and the two surrounding has been really nice and there are lots of families here so there is very little in the way of tomfoolery that goes on within the complex itself For the price I would say it is definitely worth it Make sure to put in an application three to six months prior to when youd like to move in since there is a waiting list

First off let me say if you live out of state like me South Carolina to be exact you know how hard it is to find apartments in a different state Finding affordable apartments in Charlotte has been a searching STRUGGLE for months Then I came across The Village of Rosedale Apartments I read the reviews which were all pretty positive about the neighborhood no violence no random gun shots sounds at all hours of the day which most apartments at this price experience great price with some utilities like watertrash included spacious and great locationnnThere were a lot of negative reviews about the staff not answering the phone but lets be real if thats the ONLY negative thing people can say then that was still saying a lot But those reviews are VERY outdated because I call ALL the time with random questions during their shift and Ms Angelica and Ms Shaderria always answer the phone and are ALWAYS so pleasant and informative Tbh I dont even wanna live any where else because I know that if I lived here I would be fully taken care ofnnIm not going to lie though you can tell that people really love living here because the turn over rate is NOT high at all to the point that the waiting list is almost two years long so just be prepared to be patient

The most unprofessional manager ever Manager cant even give you a reasonable answer Ive moved in July 2018 and so far its been horrible Ever since I moved in I have been fixing all the repairs in my apartment Reason why is because maintenance works have no clue how to fix things at all I needed a new thermostat they brought a new one to replace it Maintenance didnt knew how to install it The new thermostat was for a gas heater and not for an electric heater I had to go to Lowes and buy one out of my pocket and install it I never got reimbursed Fixed 3 power outlets be sure they didnt knew why they didnt have power on Today on the 31st of October my wife and i went to the office to speak with the manager about our neighbors smoking weed and cigerates in their bathroom When they smoke in the bathroom all the smoke goes through our bathroom exhaust fan You can see heavy smoke come out of the bathroom fan My wife is pregnant and I cant have that happening Well the manager was notified twice already and her response with an attitude was that she cant do anything about it She also said that he put a fan in the bathroom and our apartment to blow out the smoke There is a safety hazard especially for my pregnant wife So what am I able to do next I hope anybody doesnt plan to move this apartment complex at all
