This is my first time ever leaving a review online but I felt it necessary Lived here for 5 years and never had a problem When I last moved out I found a charge for almost 1000 several months later from Antiquity Heights in collections on my credit report Shocked I called the office and spoke with the current manager who wasnt there at the time I moved out to find out what was going on The current manager Leslie Gardner is absolutely nasty and unprofessional Its amazing she is in her position having to deal with the public I asked for proof they had notified me of the charge and she couldnt provide it Such a simple request yet she argued and became agitated upon questioning I asked to speak with someone above her and she never gave me contact information for anyone Months later I am still trying to figure out what happened and it will likely stay on my credit report Ive heard of a similar situation from another resident and upon speaking with a local police officer I was told they run a shady business Ive tried several times to get a hold of someone at GEM Management but their email bounces back and I cant get anyone on the phone Beware of Leslie Gardner and GEM Management more ... hide ...
