I DO NOT recommend it at all I arrived here the shower of the bathroom does not work the covered tubs two doors were missing the stove fan did not serve it does not have smoke detectors and they will never install them apparently the refrigerator is broken by Everywhere I have reported this many times and every time I am going to leave the payment of my rent 2019-08-02T21:57:06Z

I just would like to say that Ashley was amazing she was very sweet and professional I am all about first impressions and if it wasnt for Ashley I wouldnt be living in this beautiful apartment She kept in contact with us even throughout miscommunication and even when me and my boyfriend had to take a ride up the road for the funeral of my late grandmother sh 2022-05-25T11:23:11Z

Carver Creek Apartments are like slum apartments Lots of changes in management in the five years that I was there And none of them were helpful and get and maintenance request posted No fulltime maintenance man could complete the task in an appropriate time The air filters were only changed when I did it myself There is mold in the kitchen area on the first 2018-11-28T23:15:46Z
Carver Creek Apartments are like slum apartments Lots of changes in management in the five years that I was there And none of them were helpful and get and maintenance request posted No fulltime maintenance man could complete the task in an appropriate time The air filters were only changed when I did it myself There is mold in the kitchen area on the first floor and mold in the lobby by an old airconditioning unit The apartment has several people who do drugs and also homeless people live in several apartments sharing rooms and throwing trash out the the door onto the ground Some people have lived there for more than 20 years and they think they own the place This is not a good environment to put someone and hope that they will be safe There is no security and no groundskeeper Not a safe place to live This is not a smoke free zone more ... hide ...

Showed up here on a Monday for an apartment tour that we had scheduled days prior A quick drive around the complex we found some units were nice where as others were pretty dumpy trash and furniture piled outside the unit their trash bin was over flowing Upon arrival to the office the door was locked and all lights were off After a 20 minute wait and a phone 2022-05-20T16:41:25Z
