Non stop construction The laundry room was unavailable every other month The staff never return my calls and multiple neighbors had complaints of break ins from the grounds keepers that they have employed They only use money orders And it took weeks for them to come fix a leaky bath tub they I stated they first month I was there I have tried to communicate with staff about parking because my parents car got towed at 4pm in the afternoon from only being there an hour they didnt seem to care It honestly seems like they are just taking whoever for a cheap apartment but it was an very regretful mistake and I would not recommend Morreene west to anyone There are a lot of other good options on the same road Safe choosing more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for almost 3 years I had to deal with 2 nosey site managers The first one was going through my mail I have to report him to the post office and police The site manager now Ms Ingrid just throw all of my items out of my apartment No I did not give them a schedule date for a move out no I did not give them the key as yet It is said that they are not allowed in your apartment unless you have a service call inspection or if they feel that something is going on thats not supposed to go on So why did she go in my apartment without authorization from me I am also in the process of going to the court house to file a civil suit because they have to pay for my items on behalf of her ignorancenDO NOT MOVE HERE Its not safe place for your child they do not have a park for them to play at its no life in this complex at all The office staff is very nosey and break all laws its just not right But they will not stop until someone like me step up I feel that they do the things they do to the people that live there because its a low income housing and they dont think the people that live there know any better they picked the right one now SMHnOh to top it off the office staff tell all your business to others that live in the complex nothing is confidential with them and I was never able to contact corporate to tell them about this behavior because of course they do not care The reason for this review is because my stuff was very valuable to me because I had to work hard and pay for them For them to throw it out without my knowledge or authorization was a low blow and that proves right there they will treat people in low income housing any kind of way Ill see you in court more ... hide ...
