While the apartments may look nice on the inside and are very spacious there are major flaws to the complex as a whole Alexander Company owners of printworks really seems to enjoy nickel and diming their tenants What originally started out as a 1200 apartment 2 bed 1 bath ended up really costing 1515 a month including their fees While the staff here are nice there dont seem to be enough of them to keep up with the demand of their tenants Too many tenants and not enough staff especially maintenance staff If you have a major issue in your apartment you can expect to wait a few months to see if anything is actually done about it while still sending reminders and in some cases nothing will get done about it I personally have lived in my apartment for almost a year not renewing and from the start noticed that the ceiling would leak heavily during storms The leak has been reported multiple times throughout the year and they have said that they would call a roofing company to fix the issue but the issue persists still a year later One other issue would be the amount of thefts that have happened each targeting the tenant storage units These storage units have about an 89 foot wall with a 3 foot gap from the ceiling which allows them to be easily climbed into and things taken from inside of them definitely a design flaw My roommate and didnt use them due to this factnnTLDR overpriced and undermaintained more ... hide ...
