I lived at one of the houses managed by them on N westgate ave from 2012 to 2016 and had too many bad experiences with the property itself due to being old and not meeting the codes requested by the city plumbing issues caused mold at one of the bathrooms inner wall and over flow at the laundry area and their ways to fix it was so cheap and inconvenient tha 2021-08-22T16:55:25Z
I lived at one of the houses managed by them on N westgate ave from 2012 to 2016 and had too many bad experiences with the property itself due to being old and not meeting the codes requested by the city plumbing issues caused mold at one of the bathrooms inner wall and over flow at the laundry area and their ways to fix it was so cheap and inconvenient that made it happens again Hvac unit AC and heat stopped working too many times and never replaced it they will get us fans in the summer or heater in the winter when it stoped till they can fix it also the maintenance people were unprofessional they will show up with no appointments or calls and knock on the door and if you dont respond they will get to the house while we either sleeping or at the shower and had to complain to the office about that at least 2 times and still kept happening and last it was the fire happened in the attic 5 am while we were sleeping due to misfire in wiring and fire department came and help contain the smoke when the city inspector came after to see the damage and examine the house he condemned it due to many things and wouldnt allow them to rent it till they fix it we ended up moving to a different neighborhood after getting tired of waiting for 2 month to know whats going to happen The way they handled the whole situation was unprofessional no answers about how long it will take to find us a replacement home they seemed like didnt care about the safety of me and my family especially we mentioned that electrical problems before but as usual they find the cheapest way to fix itthis is all happened while kids were at school and me and my wife working so we wanted to stay around that area near from our works and kids school and if I didnt have the funds to stay at hotel for 2 month and then rent another home We would probably ended up in the street more ... hide ...

Its already hard enough to find a RELIABLE CLEAN SAFE apartment complex in Greensboro without paying almost a home mortgage For me to be paying 1000 this place is ridiculous Yes management is very nice and responsive but the renovations in the apartment are extremely poor its like a knock off of the luxury apartments you see online Holes bumps and extremely 2022-01-11T00:21:34Z
Its already hard enough to find a RELIABLE CLEAN SAFE apartment complex in Greensboro without paying almost a home mortgage For me to be paying 1000 this place is ridiculous Yes management is very nice and responsive but the renovations in the apartment are extremely poor its like a knock off of the luxury apartments you see online Holes bumps and extremely poor paint jobs on the doors and ceilings my bathroom door doesnt lock roaches EVERYWHERE and dont get me started on the upkeep of the neighborhood I swear every month it infuriates me even more the amount Im giving them to live like this Also the roaches were small at first and only appeared in my kitchen no groceries there I had just moved in When I told the front desk they said they make sure to upkeep the units when no one is living therethats got to be a lie Either way she set up a time for pest control to come Once they arrived I couldnt even put my pants on before they were GONE and they did not come back Now I get an email about the whole building getting pest control maintenance that has yet to happen Im literally so disgusted to live here dont waste your money more ... hide ...

The place has transformed so much over the years Very quit area with nice friendly neighbors No violence or bull in the area I loved here years ago and there is a major turn around now compared to then
