Maintenance was horrible when I stayed there I would put in an order and maybe if they remembered they would come about 68 weeks later I moved out last June but officially August 1 after my lease ended and have yet to get my deposit back April 4 2022 I was told that the my deposit was being mailed and it is almost a month later and no deposit They have made 2022-04-30T16:17:48Z
Maintenance was horrible when I stayed there I would put in an order and maybe if they remembered they would come about 68 weeks later I moved out last June but officially August 1 after my lease ended and have yet to get my deposit back April 4 2022 I was told that the my deposit was being mailed and it is almost a month later and no deposit They have made 5 times or more on it and after almost a year later you cant give me my deposit back I go by the office on Monday and they were so unprofessional I even asked them the phone number and she had to look it up and told me she would email the head office to check it and promised to let me know once she heard back well she never reached back out I contacted her yesterday which was Friday and she emailed to tell me they resent my deposit on Tuesday and I should receive it soon The rent has increased dramatically and it is not worth it The pool the last 2 years I lived there was supposed to open Memorial Day weekend and it didnt open until the weekend before Labor Day The office and maintenance personnel changed about 3 times in the 4 years I lived there It is a horrible place to live more ... hide ...

Legacy Crossing is a work in progress we finally have a Great Admin Staff Lisa and Nuna who have come to this Complex and made a difference they are on the work orders the day they are put in and they go that extra mile to Help a Resident and Do whatever they can for this Community I have been here over 7 years and this is the BEST Management weve had in Yea 2022-03-19T22:01:47Z

The new Management team and of course the new General Manager Sholanda has went above and beyond to help me out with exceptional customer service and most importantly put the resident first It being a crazy year with covid inflation and just everything crazy She took the resident and or client in her own hands and did everything possible to be fair and work 2022-02-16T01:41:57Z

I actually love this place its quiet no one bothers me people pretty much mind their Business here and they allow pets hugeeeeee bonus bc you can hardly find a place anymore that does maintenance has been extremely great Danielle who works in the office literally the most amazing person that works here in my opinion they are pretty affordable i love that i have my own balcony i loveeee that there is absolutely no carpet at all in the units and the gorgeous brick wall in the diningliving room is beautiful Parking is great no one messes with the cars and in fact people here are usually very kind to notice you park in a certain spot it kinda in a way seems to become your spot lol i hardly ever see police here i havent seen nor heard of any break ins in cars or the apartments so its a pretty safe place id say The walk in closet is huge in the master bedroom with one bath There are some car enthusiasts that do live here so it can be a bit noisy at times but nothing to bad and annoying but you get to see really cool looking cars But seriously no complaints at all its a really great apartment more ... hide ...
