I really enjoy living here because the apartments are beautiful and they are not cramped My husband and I have a one bedroom apartment and the kitchen is large with a decent amount of nice looking cabinets There is also a closed off area for your washer and dryer The bathroom has plenty of room and the bedroom is a good size

Glenwood Commons will fraudulently keep your security deposit even though there is absolutely no grounds for them to do so I lived here for almost a year and a half and left my apartment exactly the way I found it Instead of refunding the deposit they are making me pay for a previous tenants disrepair even though I gave them a list of things needing repair o 2017-06-27T16:56:15Z
Glenwood Commons will fraudulently keep your security deposit even though there is absolutely no grounds for them to do so I lived here for almost a year and a half and left my apartment exactly the way I found it Instead of refunding the deposit they are making me pay for a previous tenants disrepair even though I gave them a list of things needing repair on the day I moved in The list along with any knowledge of its whereabouts have suddenly disappeared I have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau and also filed a complaint with HUD since they are part of the equal housing opportunity program but I highly doubt it will make a difference The apartments themselves are in a sad state of disrepair and every time it rains pieces of the ceiling fall down throughout the breezeway I suggest looking elsewhere if youre needing an apartment or at least be prepared to be taken advantage of when it comes to getting your security deposit back more ... hide ...

I have lived at Argyle Place since 2017 I have loved my apartment the space its quiet and the fireplace was my absolute favorite in the winter months and not to mention the balcony and see the trees change during the seasons Management is awesome JD is one of the coolest managers ever Beth is always helpful down to earth and just the sweetest lady to convers 2021-05-19T17:26:40Z

I really would like to give this 5 stars but the people in this building is very negative My MOM is choosing to move because of the women that the Company allow to stay and bully other people The way that this manager is treated and spoke too and about is outlandish Now they have made accusations that i have yet to see or my mother She only resided there 2020-11-24T19:27:59Z
