Mediocre Overpriced Apartments I wouldnt suggest anyone move there Its loud and peoplekids are always out at night early mornings being loud the walls are thin you hear your both neighbors on either side They dont come to fix any issue in you home in a timely manner Never pick up the phone and they are hardly ever in the office to help with anything And when 2019-07-29T15:37:10Z

The outside of the building in the front looks dirty and the flower pots dont have any flowers in them and it looks dirty white This is an apartment building for elderly and disabled people The tenants here come outside and smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol There is not enough parking for visitors the people that live there have to rent a space in the church next doors parking spaces that face the side of the building but when the furniture market is in town these bought parking spaces are no longer available so theres a problem because theres more cars then spaces They do have locked doors that requires a special fob to enter the door and thats good makes the tenants feel safe It seems that some residents dont let people in without knowing them and that causes a serious problem People are not safe and secure when people are letting opening the door for anybody that walks up The staff is never in the office they take off as many days as they can The maintenance guys are Great Whenever theres a problem they are on it lightning fast They also maintain all the inside of the building like washers floors and trash plus the outside where they pressure wash the building the driveway and everywhere else it needs to be done Its an ok place more ... hide ...

I dont even stay there yet but the lady name Stephanie hope Im spelling it right has been a awesome help She makes you feel important and is willing to do whatever to help you Thank you so much for your help your grately appreciated All apartment places need someone like you in the office May God bless you
