My mother has lived at Pineridge Manor for 5 years She is now needing more assistance and is moving in with me her daughter During the five years Deena and Carman the ladies in the office have treated my mom with compassion and respect I felt as if these two ladies became my friends throughout these years They were always concerned with my moms wellbeing and I always kept them aware of her medical issues They were both wonderful the first time I called them Carman and I faxed and mailed information between Delaware and North Carolina and she made my mothers initial move simple The apartments are beautiful and I live 1 mile away from Pineridge so it was fast and easy to get to my mom quickly Carmen and Deena made all of this possible and I truly appreciate them more than they will ever know Thank you Pineridge Manor for everything You have been absolutely incredible more ... hide ...

My grandmother just passed away and we ordered a pod to move her stuff out in They would not let us use the pod in the back or the parking lot What are we to do now There white maintenance man has no manners a horrible attitude and i believe should be fired the horrible rude way he handled this situation When we moved her in here a couple years ago we had an 2018-03-23T14:58:36Z

It is a process to rent the apartments which I love because they are very selective with who they let in HOWEVER once a person is in the apartment the office doesnt really check to see who is there and who is not I ended up with downstairs neighbors from hell because a tenant decided to move her cousin in who loved to party and smoke weed on a nightly basis 2019-03-12T22:40:22Z
It is a process to rent the apartments which I love because they are very selective with who they let in HOWEVER once a person is in the apartment the office doesnt really check to see who is there and who is not I ended up with downstairs neighbors from hell because a tenant decided to move her cousin in who loved to party and smoke weed on a nightly basis The office is only open 2 days out the week and 90 of the time they arent even in so you gotta catch them while you can The manager is sweet and she does her job BUT ONLY WHEN SHE IS IN THE OFFICE Again catch them while you can Maintenance is pretty quick with handling jobs Apartment complex is very clean and well maintained Quiet area for the most part When moving in make sure you document items that arent fixed I got charged to strip floors that were supposed to be stripped BEFORE I moved in to my apartment I was in a rush to move in that I agreed to have them do it while I was occupying the apartment It was never done and they charged me for something they were supposed to do prior to me moving in My lawyers are now handling that issue There are inspections every 6 weeks that was no biggie for me keep a clean home and you will passbe aware though if you pass on a regular and there is a County and State inspection where the top dogs come in they will use your apartment to pass that inspection every time Other than the charges at move out community is decent for the price more ... hide ...

I wish I could put 0 stars These people have been giving my sister the run around for just about a year now Oh this has to get done Oh we have to do this the rent was 459 as she was told Well a few days ago she got word that the apartment was ready for them to move in next week Wahoo She goes to sign a paper all for the woman to tell her that the rent is now 2019-06-04T20:55:14Z
