Management and Maintenance are wonderful They are all so communicative and timely with any concerns The apartments are nice well maintained and spacious and the grounds are beautifully kept The community is kind definitely kidfriendly and was very welcoming My children and I are glad that we get to call it home

If I could give less then 1 star I would I normally dont write any reviews but I have to at this point nPlease DONT rent here Save your moneynIf anything needs to be fixed itll take them forever to do that Like up to 2 months to fix a simple problemnOffice people dont give you full info They tricked me with my renewal lease agreement office people lied t 2022-04-22T21:38:57Z

This place have its ups and downs just like any other complex but my experience has been well Ms Karen in the office is amazing and Ive grown to like Samantha Whenever I had an issue it was addressed and got took care of Maintenance is changing but seemed pretty consistent last few months You cant beat the pricing for these apartments that comes with two b 2021-05-15T23:23:43Z

Living here was a last resort and a night mare When i first moved in management wasnt that awful but the upkeep wasnt the best I lived here for 3 years and watched things just get worse over time Houses spontaneously catching fire cops racing through all hours of the day Drug deals across the street and domestic violence simply became the normal for where 2021-08-26T02:14:04Z
Living here was a last resort and a night mare When i first moved in management wasnt that awful but the upkeep wasnt the best I lived here for 3 years and watched things just get worse over time Houses spontaneously catching fire cops racing through all hours of the day Drug deals across the street and domestic violence simply became the normal for where i lived However after Florence my house definitely had moisture damage to which the property managers neglected Mold in the vents was painted over with spray paint the walls were bubbling over and my house was infested with fleas and roaches Ive stopped by a year after leaving Amd to no surprise its exactly how Ive left it I wouldnt wish living here on my worst enemy Its more of a trap neighborhood more ... hide ...
