I lived here for four years and there are pros and cons Pros its HUD housing so income based they offer assistance with power bills great location just recently renovated so nice apts The cons it is a sketchy neighborhood I wouldnt let my children catch the bus here or play outside unsupervised which I dont do that anyway but plenty of other people seem to H

Management is horrible Even when you call the main office no one every answers the phone or calls you back if you call Dont recommend this place to anyone They have a huge bug problem and make you wait before they send someone out
