I have lived at this complex for 10 years We had at least 6 maintenance person and at least 5 property managers We hardly get any full lawn care The hill in front of the area I live has never had grass When they go to rent increase it is for the upkeep of the property or thats what they say The only upkeep Ive seen is new playground equipment and larger fir
