Sorry but the lady in the office never picked up my calls in 2021 Feb MARCH AND THE BEGINNING OF APRIL She finally picked up my call on April 21st 2021 It was a Wednesday I also looked at the review of this place and it was mostly almost the Mangerassistance Manger not picking up her phone Lol AND ITS TRUEnnTo give her a heads up that we were heading there Because in early MARCH my husband walked into the office to apply SHE SAID YOU HAVE TO CALL AND SET APPOINTMENTS Giving my husband an attitude Telling my husband to get out It was our first time there and there was NO SIGN THAT SAYS CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT LET ME REMIND YOU SHE NEVER PICKED UP OUR CALLS SO WE DID A WALK IN She ignored my calls MORE THAN 40XS I still have my call list history of her not picking up lolnnI WAS ALSO TOLD THAT SHE ONLY TAKE APPLICATIONS ON WEDNESDAY WHEN THE OFFICE WAS OPEN TUESDAY THURSDAY While I was on the call with her she said that she was booked and to come in on Thursday April 22nd BUT WHAT CONFUSED ME IS THAT SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK ON THRUSDAY APPARENTLY SHE TAKES APPLICATIONS TUESDAYTHRUSDAYnnI just told her NO BECAUSE I HEARD YOU ONLY TAKE APPLICATIONS ON WED AND I DONT WANT TO WAIT FOR HER TO PICK UP MY CALLS ANYMOREnnWHEN WE GOT THERE SHE MADE US WAIT FOR 10 MIN SHE TOLD US THAT SHE DIDNT WANT ANYBODY TO COME BECAUAW HER EYES WERE HURTING So she was complaining about her eyes hurting thats why she doesnt want to talk and deal with people SHES NICE BUT WHAT A POOR MANAGEMENT If your eyes are hurting that much to not want to deal with people just quit Your job is to deal with people more ... hide ...

The office manager is nitpicky and unfair coming into apartments without notice then lying about it etc Tell you one thing then go back on hisher word then lie that they didnt say it Ride around the property several times a day etc Cant use the grill due to worrying about a crumb being left behind Bottom line can NOT feel at home there always on your toes 2018-05-26T08:44:34Z
