I would not move in here unless they are literally paying you to live here I moved into my apartment in June and immediately noticed that my apartment smelled like cigarettes I reached out to the office and they told me that nobody had smoked in my apartment and they had been in my apartment earlier that day and it didnt smell like cigarettes I reached out 4 times about this and did not even get an email back BUT they called me to tell me I had a key that they made for me in the office I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to clean the smell from the apartment with very little success and refuse to pay for a professional cleaning out of my own pocket I cannot wait to move out or find a way to terminate my lease so I never have to come back to this place There have been zero good experiences with this place since I moved in months ago All of my new furniture that I bought before moving in will now smell like cigarette smoke because of this apartment Do not move in here Nobody in the leasing office cares about you once you sign your lease The day I get to move out of this apartment will be one of the best days of my life more ... hide ...

It is such a disappointment The location is wonderful the apartments are very well kept but the management is my biggest disappointment The manager Ashley I think is her name is the most unreasonable person I have ever dealt with She doesnt like to listen she is very rude and never gives the resident the reason I had my boyfriend deliver himself a package to 2015-03-18T19:35:19Z
It is such a disappointment The location is wonderful the apartments are very well kept but the management is my biggest disappointment The manager Ashley I think is her name is the most unreasonable person I have ever dealt with She doesnt like to listen she is very rude and never gives the resident the reason I had my boyfriend deliver himself a package to my place due to him being out of town and scared of the package being taken away at his place I went to pick up the package at the office and was told that the package was sent back with UPS due to it not being under a residents name I was a bit confused about this policy because it doesnt make much sense it is still under my address either way I left and spoke to my boyfriend about it He called UPS and was told that the package only shows that it was delivered nothing about it being sent back to sender The next day my boyfriend gave the office a call trying to figure out where his package might have been the same lady spoke to him and told him that the package is still at the office waiting for UPS to pick it up She could have given it to me in the first place but preferred to lie about it and said it was already on the way back to the sender My boyfriend had many questions for her trying to figure out when she will send it back and figuring out what to do next with UPS but she finished by saying This conversation is over at this point my boyfriend was fed up so he continued to call her by what she was I completely understand he might have been out of line but so was she She was completely unreasonable in EVERY way possible and not helpful at all She could have given me the package in the first place and save herself of all the headache She then called my brother and threatened to throw us out of the complex due to my boyfriends behavior to her Lets see how that goes for her I hope to reach higher management because she is the least helpful and understanding manager I have ever met in my life My brother and I will definitely be moving out on our own soon enough not just because of her but also because of the high cost of rent It is way overpriced and not worth the SERVICE at all more ... hide ...
