They want high expectations with less pay looking away for the hard work you put into the clients and there families Theyll terminate you within your 3 month probation and will not acknowledge that your trying to balance visiting clients even after work hours but they will not pay you overtime You have to write 10 progress notes a week and be done writing your notes within 24 hrs of that day Then theyre including morning meetings that drag wasting your time to complete your own work The team leaders are passive aggressive even when you are right and have to correct them yourselves Your team leader will give you all the recognition in the world but sits there quiet while they terminate you and not even stick up for your hard work I am sadden for the family connections I put forward these past two months helping to get where they are now and Easter Seals will just pull you aside and terminate you cause they feel its not enough to their overly ridiculous expectations of using their employees It makes sense why they have a high turnover rate of workers Im upset cause I did like my job for the families I cared about but I dont like how they treated us
