A cool and comfortable place to live I will just like to suggest 2 things ie 1 Replace the carpeting as it is old and very dirty and 2 Replace all glass doors and windows with vacuumized glass doors and windows as this may save almost 70 energy cost and cut noise pollution The cost of Replacement may be recovered within a year
