to be honest i love the thought of this place but i been having trouble with the office since i gave them my deposit the manage that was in the office before Sandra was great love her but when the office management chance and Sandra became in charge its been difficult let me start saying that the office hours suck They are open Mon Friday 95 one day out of the week youll find that the office is closed Sandra will be sitting in her office with the blinds open and youll will find yourself wondering why the office is closed If they need more help then hire more help They have another lady that works shes great i dont understand why she isnt in there more often i rather deal with her then Sandra The maintenance man on site is okay every time he sees me he asks if everything is okay with the apartment but i have had AC problem with my AC unit it stop working 5 times in on month My carpet is starting to pull up i dont have any kid dog cat My roof was has water damage My drier stop working had to get them to replace it 3 times and it still does not work like it should to this day i just gave up can just run my clothes though the dry twice all of this and i only been here for 9 months to make things work i need a support dog i notify the office about the me needing the support dog Sandra told me dont worry about the im gonna get approved for your dog whole week went by and i didnt hear anything about me being approved so i called the office no one answer went to the office and they told me other lady in the office and told me that Sandra will call me back that same lady came up to my door say that they need some papers filled out so i went to my doctor and got the note turn in on at Tuesday that Tuesday Sandra was sitting in the office but the office was closed i tried to get her attention through the window because her blinds was open she could clearly she me i put the doctors note in the drop box long story short the office was closed all week after that day and i might have to find another support dog i dont suggest this place look at the review and when they were review a year ago they were doing better because Sandra wasnt there more ... hide ...

I have lived there a total of 14 almost 15 years Now this place is smoke friendly so tell me why when I gave my 30 day notice and moved they charge me 29100 for primal I sent my disagreement to management about issue and they said it was smoke damage in an smoking apartments for all those yearsNow too top it off they put it on my credit report that I owe th 2018-03-08T09:43:23Z
