Horrible place to live SOUTHCORP PROPERTIES is the leasing agency that is responsible for these Apartments They are absolutely horrible Maintenance on the apartments has been neglected to the point of every unit is falling apart and they will not fix anything It takes months to get them to look at the issues and then they refuse to fix anything that wi

Horrible place to live SOUTHCORP PROPERTIES is the leasing agency that is responsible for these Apartments They are absolutely horrible Maintenance on the apartments has been neglected to the point of every unit is falling apart and they will not fix anything It takes months to get them to look at the issues and then they refuse to fix anything that will cost to fix it Please stay away from renting these apartments They are covered in mold even in the duct work The tenants have no respect for each other and stomp in the breeze waysstairs Stomp and yell all night long to the point of insanity Nothing gets done around the apartments and you can never get a response back
