I did my application at the end of September 2020 the property manager was friendly over the phone and said they was talking applications for waiting list I turned my application in person and she was not friendly at all and said she would call me when I needed to come in to sign my application SHE NEVER CALLED ME every time I call to get an update she takes 2020-12-04T15:21:08Z
I did my application at the end of September 2020 the property manager was friendly over the phone and said they was talking applications for waiting list I turned my application in person and she was not friendly at all and said she would call me when I needed to come in to sign my application SHE NEVER CALLED ME every time I call to get an update she takes my name and and says she will call me back shes done this 5 times in 2 months why dont she just tell me I was denied or up date me so that I dont feel like this is DISCRIMINATION because she was so nice until she seen me in PERSON She was helping me with everything I needed to know to applyI had all my paperwork in order for herCONFUSED more ... hide ...

Nice quiet location in Shelby good value and property management does a good job maintaining the property I would rent from again and recommend to others

Nice apartments but ran poorly Maintenance isnt worth a darn its a guy who works for sun drop who come to fix things on his time and brings along a buddy who isnt part of the team to help him which is weird The management is unstable some apartments have mold its privately owned and the owner is hard to get in touch with dont count on a deposit they wil 2021-02-18T18:12:48Z
