These people are snakes Im in the process of moving out mainly because my lease was about to be up and I was informed my rent would be increasing Rent was due on the 1st obviously I didnt pay it and I got my utilities turned off because Im moving I go on the 6th to clean the mess we made moving we packed in a hurry and my husband was going to get the remaind 2017-07-07T18:46:41Z
These people are snakes Im in the process of moving out mainly because my lease was about to be up and I was informed my rent would be increasing Rent was due on the 1st obviously I didnt pay it and I got my utilities turned off because Im moving I go on the 6th to clean the mess we made moving we packed in a hurry and my husband was going to get the remainder of my things that afternoon It had rained the day before and the weekend before that was 4th of July very difficult to find someone free with a truck on a holiday and we were out of town It was the sixth hardly late enough for a late fee and the locks were changed with NO EVICTION NOTICE or anything She claimed to have emailed me my iCloud was full and to have called me but I have nothing on my call log voicemail and my work phone never rang The only thing I really cared about was my daughters Barbie dream house I had just spent 300 on in March for her 3rd birthday I asked to get that if anything at all Also left was a large flat screen tv my deceased grandmothers rocking chair dressers a twin bed and a nook to my kitchen table but mainly I was concerned about my daughters toy I had expected to arrive to a notice on the door and to explain I was cleaning the mess that was left and gathering the rest of my things and would be out of their way Apparently they have a deal with whoever cleans this place out so now all of my things are gone and belong to him now Im taking them to court Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else more ... hide ...

Very rude and unprofessional maintenance man I have filed a complaint with excel property management who is in charge of these employees They clearly dont know how to talk or treat the public or the residents Excel should be ashamed of themselves to employee such unprofessional people

How does anyone ever get an apartment here I put in an application with the 16 fee a month ago I was told that I did qualify for a 2 bedroom Because of an eviction there was only one available and it was all ready takenbut I would be next on the list I was so happy So very recently I was close by and stopped in to check if I was still next The manager co 2019-02-23T17:57:13Z
How does anyone ever get an apartment here I put in an application with the 16 fee a month ago I was told that I did qualify for a 2 bedroom Because of an eviction there was only one available and it was all ready takenbut I would be next on the list I was so happy So very recently I was close by and stopped in to check if I was still next The manager could not even find my application After looking several places she suddenly remembers she sent it over to Mulberry apts I told her I dont want to live at Mulberry I wanted to live there She said Well you can request a downstairs apartment She said she was calling Mulberry but the line is busy Then she remembers that that manager is on a conference call and she will get back in touch with me because she has to leave for lunch in twenty minutes Then she said she had applications that dated back as far as 2017 and they are ahead of me What any way she did call back around three and said the Mulberry phone is still busy that it must be off the hook and she could not try anymore because she had someone coming in to sign a lease I am very heartbroken at this development If I had wanted to live at Mulberry I would have put my application in there and paid my application fee to them Good Luck to people trying to get an apartment at Broadstreet more ... hide ...
