Onetime the manager sent the maintenance man up to a residents apartment to violate the residents privacypremeditated violation of privacy by coming in the residents apartment without the residents permission while the resident had a do not disturb sign on the residents door the resident had to ask the maintenance man 3 times to get out of his apartment before the maintenance man finally left and during this time the maintenance man said Im coming in anyway and the resident replied for the third time telling the maintenance man to get out of their apartment because he didnt give him permission to come in and so thankfully the maintenance man finally left management and staff of this apartment complex have a really bad habit of repeatedly coming to the residents apartments without giving the residents proper advanced respectful notification and it gets way out of hand more ... hide ...

The reviews are correct about the customer service In my apartment search I came upon a listing for a 3 bedroom 2 bath on the vineyard website It also states to call for pricing and availability I called and was immediately met with attitude from Maria who then proceeded to ask if I called before I stated this was my first time calling as the website directed me to call for information on the three bed room She then shortly cut me off and said they had no three bedrooms I have attached a picture below from their website where they list a three bedroom She then proceeds to tell me there is a waitlist but I must meet the criteria I said great what are the qualifications She gave a brief pause and stated I was trying to go over them I disconnected the call as the tone of her side of the conversation is not at all what I would expect from a property officennBut all the reviews on the customer services of this property seem to ring true after that conversation When people believe you are a certain demographic or class they tend to treat you a certain way more ... hide ...
