None of the rules are followed or inforced Tenants have other people staying in there apartments disturbing other paying tenants When you go to management All you get is excuses for not doing anything about itThis could be a very nice place to live if there was more consideration for others THIS IS NOT A PEACEFUL PLACE TO LIVE

I just called the office to ask about turning in my application and the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessionalI couldve snapped back but shes not worth my time Her attitude has really changed my mind of wanting to move there Smh

I was told before paying a application fee that there would be an apartment available which is the reason I asked before paying A few weeks after paying I was sent a letter stating no apartment available I think you should return my 20 fee because of that lie Very disappointed with the decision to get money with a false statement I was told this lie by Daw 2017-03-24T18:47:49Z

I would not recommend moving here AT ALL The staff in office Office manager and assistant manager are rude and unprofessional If I could give this place a zero I would they are lazy The office coordinator and maintenance is worth 45 stars but unfortunately due to the front office its not worth it There were breakins while staying here and my packages that ha 2020-10-05T21:04:56Z
I would not recommend moving here AT ALL The staff in office Office manager and assistant manager are rude and unprofessional If I could give this place a zero I would they are lazy The office coordinator and maintenance is worth 45 stars but unfortunately due to the front office its not worth it There were breakins while staying here and my packages that had been left at my door had been stolen on more than one occasion The fact that they locked the gate on one side on the weekends at one point like people are animals and it was one way in or out was horrible especially if there at any point was an emergency did not make sense I had the choice of renewing my lease which I didnt and stay somewhere where cost wise worked for me but emotionally and mentally I was miserable or moving to a place that cost more and gave me a peace of mind I chose to move Due to covid they were late with the renewal process and I had been telling people in office I was not renewing when I would email I was told I had to speak to Sandy or Michelle who wasnt in the office during the pandemic they would switch or not show I was told that if I wanted the place repainted I would have to pay out of pocket bc they only paint after three years which is stupid because the paint was so cheap Now I did leave an alarm system in there which I would say would be a bonus for the person who would move in because they would need it but Im sure they removed it because they dont care about their residents they just care about the money So needless to say due to them prolonging the process they charged me for another month rent and property damage which I will be requesting to see as I have documentation Mind you I was not on section 8 I worked full time from home which was a hassle because there would be people driving through the parking lot playing loud music Dont get me started on bugs like spiders and ants along with the fact there was mice in there Not to mention when my autistic son was getting bullied and I went to the office about it they told me they cant do anything about it and they cant tell parents how to raise their children This place is a DUMP Move in at your own risk more ... hide ...

I am handicapped and when I go there to visitthe handicapped parking slots are all filled by the tenants that are NOT handicapped It makes me madbecause the complex manager is aware of this and fines are not issued to the tenants
