I could go into a lot of detail about why Im rating this place 1 star but I will try to sum it up quickly to save a long read I didnt have hot water for 3 weeks despite constantly putting in maintenance requests and calling at one point I was hung up on and until I got in contact with the city and the managers of the property the issue was not fixed Maintena 2022-05-17T18:45:26Z
I could go into a lot of detail about why Im rating this place 1 star but I will try to sum it up quickly to save a long read I didnt have hot water for 3 weeks despite constantly putting in maintenance requests and calling at one point I was hung up on and until I got in contact with the city and the managers of the property the issue was not fixed Maintenance just doesnt do their jobs they never come until you are harassing them They also use inappropriate language in your apartment and did not wear a mask during peak covidnA HUGE issue is this complex is so poorly built and insulated it will cost you 300 A MONTH in gas bills to keep your apartment 5864 degrees I was on the ground level but thats RIDICULOUS I purposefully kept my apartment freezing and still could barely afford my gas bills and I had a studio I called Piedmont several times and they said it was the average for the complexnI was told the apartment I was getting was updated and it was not there were cracks on the walls and the toilet seat wouldnt even stay on the toilet and there were rips in the floor I have my move in date 2 weeks early and they didnt schedule the cleaning and repairing until the day I was moving in and we couldnt touch the counters the first 24 hours of me being there Not to mention the constant litter around the propertynI could go on but I think this is a good enough synopsis to show why you should run from this apartment complex more ... hide ...
