No star given but this wont post until I give a star Management doesnt care of residents safety Wont crack down about gun shots every other weekend Wont clean apartments from prior tenants rent them filthy a family member has one with nasty broken appliances Bathroom and kitchen was just nasty with crud and caked on dirt grime beyond before the tenant could move in they had to scrub the floors and base boards walls in both rooms Even though scrubbing took two days the place still had layers to gonnCertain buildings are just nasty inside and out Management states that the tenants have to pay maintenance for their time if anything needs repairednnJust because its a income based tenants still should be treated with dignity respect If only the housing authority knew just how these apartments are being run they would withdrawal their funding or hold management accountable or force them to fulfil their management responsibilities correctlynnJust shameful more ... hide ...

A few words of advice DO NOT take the information that these tenants are providing lightly I have never seen a more corrupt property management company sadly there are many within this state it seems I almost became a resident at the Gardens at Country Club property Grant it Some of the issues were because of the previous rental property delaying the verific 2022-04-16T01:04:10Z
A few words of advice DO NOT take the information that these tenants are providing lightly I have never seen a more corrupt property management company sadly there are many within this state it seems I almost became a resident at the Gardens at Country Club property Grant it Some of the issues were because of the previous rental property delaying the verification process however the poor communication made it equally challenging Long story short It was a month in with Utilities on still not moved into the apartment It was not until it was time for me to physically move in that was I told I would need an additional 1k which was not mentioned when I discussed the cost nor was I informed that the 325 deposit was nonrefundable I was even willing to compromise the additional cost for renters insurance at 9 although I had my own but had to purchase theirs After too many inconsistencies I declined because I saw the writing on the wall I had to tell them three times on the phone twice and in an email that I am no longer interested The kicker came after I reminded them the third time that I was no longer interested I was told it takes 3090 days to refund my money It took them no time to accept it Run for the hills This is the leasing company from hell more ... hide ...

My fianc and I went and toured this place today and it was amazing especially the customer service from both ladies in the office Jennifer was great and very informative Walked us through the layout and differences as well as explained they are updating the appliances as tenants move out and will be updating their current windows It was nice to be at an apar 2022-05-04T21:29:37Z
