If they could keep up things inside of the apartments and when it snows scrape the driveways and sidewalks it would be 5 stars My elderly handicapped grandma was stuck inside her apartment for 3 days bc it was too slippery for her to go out her door And the maintenance man is never nowhere to be seen when needed Other than that they are affordable income bas 2018-12-27T18:02:20Z
