The cigarette smoke in apartments on Ithica Drive in Bismarck is constant overwhelming The management has been contacted repeatedly nothing is done to eliminate it It hits you as soon as you walk in the building Everyone is exposed to high amounts of 2nd hand smoke Very toxic environment
