I currently live here Dont move in The place is infested with roaches and bed bugs Have been here only a few months and when they renovated there were alott of problems with the appliances and currently the doors There is still an infestation in the new apartments They have it treated but it continues to be infested The office is very rude and does minimal to fix the problems in the building We had to move twice because of renovations yes they had movers however the movers told us there were tenants who were living filthy with garbage and poop filled diapers amearex everywhere These apartments are disgusting please find a better home for your families because now there is no way to live in a clean home unless they move us completely out It a amoney thing for them rather than the health of their tenants Come check out parking lot d Its been filled with trash for two weeks understandably since no one wanted to keep their infestbfurniture Besides the moving the place is generally littered with garbag both under the bridge by the playground and around the buildings more ... hide ...

Lived here for quite some time Theres a new management woman who is never in her office and takes numerous breaks because she lives on the property She definitely abuses the location Snow removal is part of rent but good luck getting out of your house at a reasonable time they dont come by until they find it convenient in the afternoon they wont clear during 2019-03-09T19:02:27Z

TERRIBLE AND ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Uncaring inattentive management Cant even get ahold of them they ignore your calls ND forward you to the general goldmark office of fargo Ive lived here 6months and all Ive seen and heard for Publix cleaning is a vacuum Enjoy these pictures of my nasty building as proof The food has been on the floor for 4 days
