As a daughter to one of the residents here Im giving my honest review The apartment is nice and spacious but management need a serious makeover My first encounter with Ms Nicole the property manager was hearing her arguing with my mom because she was about 15 minutes late on her movein day due to the movers Then she accused my mom of lying about the dirty

As a daughter to one of the residents here Im giving my honest review The apartment is nice and spacious but management need a serious makeover My first encounter with Ms Nicole the property manager was hearing her arguing with my mom because she was about 15 minutes late on her movein day due to the movers Then she accused my mom of lying about the dirty oven racks which were rusted How could my mom be lying if shed just moved in Six days ago my moms oven stopped working She called the office and still today just a few days before Christmas and she might not be able to cook her holiday meal Today we got stuck in the elevator We called the help button which was answered and we were told that shed have maintenance come but after 10 minutes no one camewe ended up calling the fire department I am just livid about the unprofessionalism displayed at this property I understand this is a senior citizen building but thats more of a reason to show your concerns for your residents well being
