They only repaint there apartments every 7 years no matter what the condition of the apartment is when you move into the apartment hasnt been cleaned before you move in if a visitor comes with a you is not allowedin your apartment it has to stay outside in a shelter with the owner so your visitors not allowed to come in not even to visit the interior isnt ve
