4 full days of respite carenDay before he went he walked 47 with minimal assistance When I picked him up he could no longer walk stand or talknHe was on a PEG tube I was told by aids that many times after nurses hooked him up his peg tube fell out His clothes were soaked the chair he was in was SOAKED with tube feed not connectednLess than 24 hours hour after discharge he is in ICU with pneumonia kidneys shut down due to DEHYDRATION He is septic on ventilator fighting for his lifennThis is NEGLECT Clear avoidable NEGLECT I called daily and most times not able to talk to nurses station I had left 2 sets of 3 page simplified instructions and pictures taped to wallnI had a VM to call and returned call and never spoke with anyone nI asked to speak to director of nursing the day after I picked him up No contact no callnnLack of communication and much neglect How one gets dehydrated on a peg tube with 100ml water flush per hour is mind blowingnnThis facility was simply housing my dad but not caring for himnnAIDS were wonderful Top notch Nurses clearly dont care and dropped ballnnI will pursue this to all levelsnnMy dad fighting for his life when all this was simple carennNEGLECT more ... hide ...

Great looking apartments in and out maintenance is very quick to respond to issues THE MANAGEMENT IS POOR The only manager that was of any use was the district manager Any other managers excluding lawson were rude unhelpful hard to contact and were barely present in the office on days they were supposed to be Besides poor management the pricing for some of t 2018-02-25T05:15:40Z

I came across this beautiful complex it seems quiet and peaceful However the unprofessionalism of the manager did not make it a pleasant first time experience and changed my mind about renting an apartment here I dont usually write reviews but this lady was so unpleasant that I had to share my experience When I first walked in the short lady with semi curly hair was barefooted in the office looking at her phone and eating some type of dessert I understand that we all might snack at our desk from time to time but theres a time and place I also overheard her curse with no concern about who heard her not to mention that she seemed bothered and in a rush when she talked to me but thankfully the other lady with black hair took me on the tour at first i was afraid she was the same but I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice helpful and informative she was she almost made me change my mind until I asked her who the other lady was and she informed me she was the manager which means shes her boss and the one most likely i would need to deal with and from what it seems she puts on a good faade That was a turn off for me her mannerism and approach towards people isnt something i would want to deal with on regular basis The leasing agent who took me on a tour also told me she was new to be honest I would have thought their roles were reversed by the way they conducted themselves I apologize for the long rant but Ive been debating on writing this review and bothers me that such a nice apartment complex is ruined by a crummy manager i really hope someone addresses he and not look the other way before she runs off other prospective tenants more ... hide ...
