I would not recommend this place for one many reasons but im only going to say a few of them one major issue is that this place is not in a safe neighborhood very dangerous and not safe Ive lived in this place for many years Its had robberies Heroine addicts coming in creating a very big dramatic scene when staff are not there strangers beating on your windows late at night yelling at you to let them in if you live on the first floor at different times at the night very unsafe environment you are at risk to get your stuff stolen on a daily basis because residents will let who ever in and not care who comes in not matter what the staff say to them its just very dangerous environment to be in also the landlord is rude and awful at her job loves abuse her power over the residents who live here its very sad and all the higher ups can do is say hey stop doing that because their not there everyday to see her do this also if you come live or have a family member who you know is going to live here im sad to say this but expect your tenant rights to be violated by your own landlord her name is Tina she will do it almost constantly everyday to you Also takes her sweet time getting your yearly reserts done then expect you to pay back previous months as it continues to add up then comes to tell u you owe more than you should because she didnt do her job on time and its a constant struggle with this landlord She loves to take advantage over the elderly and disabled who are not well enough to understand they are being taken seriously advantage of On bight side and the place is very well upkeeped the apartments are very nice since the upgrade the place is always very clean n shiny Stephanie who does maintenance there really does an outstanding job n is very nice and always does above and beyond for the residents the social worker is very nice as well Very helpful Most Residents here treat you like family at least But I would not recommend this place for anyone unless its their only option left

Ive had my application submitted for an apartment at Corbly Trace Apartments for one and a half years I have contacted them numerous times to see when an apartment would be available with the last time in November I was told there were four applications before me and it would be from two to four months I received a letter today January 13 2018 saying my recent application had been denied due to my credit rating which didnt meet their criteria There is a very good reason why my credit isnt top notch but I wasnt given the opportunity to explain The letter did say I could respond but I dont think it would do any good I feel it is quite unfair that I have been waiting for one and a half years thinking I would get an apartment only to have them finally write saying I was denied one My life has been on hold all this time when I could have been looking elsewhere I would like to know why the letter said recent since I submitted my application June 16 2016 Why couldnt my credit rating have been checked then and why did it take the office manager Chris Myers so long to do so I am totally disgusted with Corbly Trace and the way I have been treated Sincerely Marjorie Elaine Winkler
