Nobody is perfect but I cant complain about the way I have been treated Their buildings are kept clean maintained and repairs are handled in a reasonable amount of time Someone is always on call and even though they dont have a security guard the buildings are kept secure They always plant flowers in the spring time and the landscape is well maintained I 2019-01-18T21:45:06Z

DONT DO IT RISKnI had an appt on Friday June 24th to view an apt which has been listed on many of the rental websites for some time and still is James who showed me the apt and building had forgotten about my viewing and was late but it was fineThe building is newer but i spotted water damage and leaks on two different floors Still I was interested after the tour and told James I could pay the full year lease up front James told me I had first pick out of two units I went down the street to the office for the app but was met by a woman trying to shoo me away until I told her why i was there Her voice raised an octave and she was calling me Mr First Name etc She was rude I completed the very simple app i would not be seeking income assistance and drove to udf for the money order app fee of 15 James said he would call the following TuesdaynIt is now July 7th I havent heard from or spoken w anyone from the office though i have called several times and left vmsnI have called Community Builders and their parent company at their regional offices All of theses calls and vms have been unanswered Im out 15 I feel scammed perhaps even discriminated against If anyone at the Pointes or any umbrella company disguising itself as community forward wants to comment on this google review dont ask for my number Ive left it for you all over the place more ... hide ...

Treated a patient here for leg ulcers I was truly impressed with this building and the nice apartments offered Decent sized well kept pets allowed they like it too So glad there is an option like this for lowinome seniors
