I lived at The Edge about four years Throughout my time things have changed a lot By far the best part of the place is the maintenance staff Lorenzo in particular They were always fast kind and so sweet to my dog The worst part is the staff in the leasing office Since Drew left they went downhill so bad most of the workers are just kids that dont really know much Kayla we all call Karen lol shes not very nice or helpful When I found someone to take my lease they paid the entire month already and she wanted me to pay it too so they would get double the rent for the month Well this wasnt true according to my contract and after awhile of her being rude I got it fixed by someone else The building is super loud it like a glorified frat house for college kids Its a good place if youre looking for fun and are a young college kid but not a longterm home They are super pet friendly though which I liked and was a pretty decent location If you actually want something done right though my advice is to go to whoever is running the place the staff changed a lot in my time there more ... hide ...

Staff are nice but the hallways smell very bad buildings need to be remodeled especially residents bathrooms There is no fire evacuation procedures in place
