It is very unfortunate that i have to post this but Cindy in management has been lieing to my 77 year old grandmother for months My grandma applied for section 8 back in DecemberJanuary Assuming that Cindy would let her know when she was approved she let months go by until she asked her about an update in March Cindy lied saying she hasnt heard anything In 2022-06-01T14:58:19Z
It is very unfortunate that i have to post this but Cindy in management has been lieing to my 77 year old grandmother for months My grandma applied for section 8 back in DecemberJanuary Assuming that Cindy would let her know when she was approved she let months go by until she asked her about an update in March Cindy lied saying she hasnt heard anything In May we decided to contact CMHA ourselves and found out my grandma was approved back in February Cindy was completely aware of this but decided to continue with the lies Cindy was confronted and did not deny her awareness She simply said I guess they want me to take the paperwork down there Here it is June she still hasnt receive assistance from CMHA and she has called Cindy twice within the last two weeks and shes chosen not to respond back to my grandma My grandmas voucher is set to expire June 3 If shes done this to her who knows how many other seniors had to move out because they could no longer afford the cost of living as Cindy just sits in the office refusing to help seniors with something so simple as dropping off the documents needed for CMHA more ... hide ...

I just moved in last month and so far everything has been great With Covid rules appointments were required to see apartments but I had showed up unannounced and they made time for me and my questions and even took me to the available unit The staff have been super friendly every time I have called emailed or came into the office since moving in I have t 2021-08-28T23:05:35Z
I just moved in last month and so far everything has been great With Covid rules appointments were required to see apartments but I had showed up unannounced and they made time for me and my questions and even took me to the available unit The staff have been super friendly every time I have called emailed or came into the office since moving in I have two dogs and they love the huge grass areas the ponds and absolutely love looking out the windows to watch the ducks The apartment I am leasing is one of their Non updated units and even with it being an old style everything is in working order I had a complaint about the stove top and after submitting a request on a weekend maintenance was here to fix it Monday morning I have not experienced anything negative from the wonderful staff more ... hide ...

DO NOT RENT HERE This is a terrible place to rent When we moved in the apartment we were rented had not been cleaned or repaired Calling the manager will not help as he will not verify the work is done or being done I had to move after dealing with a group of men banging on doors asking for help because their friend was overdosed in the courtyard outside my apartment I had to call 911 and watch the man until paramedics arrived He was very disoriented and aggressive His friends deserted him once 911 was called Apartment manager didnt even bother to say thank you 3 years after moving out I now have a collection from them even though I moved out at the end of my leasing term and did no damage to the apartment My husband then fianc and I rented the apartment together however the collection only shows on me During our time living there my husband had to handle all dealings with Steve the manager because if I tried he was always rude and unhelpful Please dont get caught in this companies games more ... hide ...

Absolutely the worst management I tried multiple times to find corporate number but the office wont give me the info They dont fix anything that breaks and they charge the residents for everything that breaks in the apartments and pocket the money They disrespect the residents and the office is hardly ever open and they dont answer the phonesTheres trash eve 2019-01-11T18:32:00Z
